The
House serves for creative work and holidays’ rest of cinema professionals,
for cultural and business forums and for meetings of Bulgarian and foreign
cinematography professionals. The estate is situated in a pine forest at
the foot of the Troyan mountain and is distinctive with its interesting
architecture.

Bar has 40 seats during the winter and 30 more on the open terrace during
